I am here to help you navigate through the distress you are experiencing. I developed an interest in helping others who struggle with fear and anxiety at the age of nine after reading an article by a psychiatrist. I pursued this passion and graduated from Yeshiva University in 2001 with a master’s in social work. Following my graduation, I joined Mount Sinai Hospital, where I began providing psychotherapy in the aftermath of September 11, 2001—a time when trauma became a significant focus in mental health care. Throughout my career, I have provided clinical services in various settings, including outpatient facilities, schools, and homes. I have experience treating individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I utilize evidence-based interventions and have strengths in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
