Hi, I am Monica Verde owner and operator of Reclaim Healing Therapy Services. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor in the state of South Carolina. I have over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, alcohol/drug addiction and relationship issues. I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy. I also offer specialized services to treat trauma called eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, non-judgmental and diversity awareness. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
