Introduction

Hello Friend! Everyone, at one point or another, will feel weighed down. We may even describe the feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration' swirling with a host of unbearable stressors. Some may describe it as anxiety, tired and even depressed; while others will not know what is wrong or where to turn or who to talk to - as if no one is willing to listen. But did you know anxious energy is normal? Some may call it feeling stressed, and still, others will describe it as feeling productive, because anxiousness can be safeguarding energy, innate in all of us to escape danger. What is not healthy, however, is when certain life stressors we all face begins to slowly cross the threshold to what feels uncomfortable and eventually, affect our everyday habits and/or responsibilities, leaving us feeling depleted and overwhelmed. I do understand. We all have our unique threshold for stress and uncertainties as to how to 'fix things'; even if at that moment all we want is to be alone. As I said, at one point or another we may find ourselves feeling uncertainty, hopelessness, and perhaps confusion. Many will hear certain phrases hoping it will impart a sense of hope: 'When life throws us lemons, make lemonade'. But how? Many times it can be as simple as finding a helper. Well, I am a helper. I am here to help you navigate through this web of confusion so you will find YOUR definition of empowerment. Allow me to share how my journey unfolded. My expertise in the healing arts as a psychotherapist began in the clinical setting, and it is where my journey expanded - with great success. I have built my OWN private practice and where I am today. My background is empowering the person with his/her/their innate tools. I've treated those dealing with grief, anxiety, depression; helped many individuals resolve relationship issues, and overcome trauma. I have provided services to a wide range of populations, including survivors of abuse, thus trauma, grief, depression and/or anxiety, individuals that identify as LGBTQIA2S+, as well as those requiring 'coaching' to realize their career goals. With years of combined clinical and private practice experience, I've been able to use my expertise or training to build a thriving practice. I've focused on treating a wide spectrum of clients. I utilize an eclectic set of tools to empower my clients so that each one can move toward goals initially thought impossible or too difficult to change or achieve - and in the end of their therapy they found success. I can help you modify certain choices or behaviors in every aspect of your environment that may seem like obstacles interfering with your well-being. No matter the stressor or the environment, whether in the workplace or within the family structure at home, I can help you find the solution that will help you make changes to benefit YOU. My purpose is to help YOU find YOUR innate tools for personal growth, or what is known as the cornerstone recipe essential for success. I welcome all my clients with a genuine, non-judgmental, active-listening style that is reflected in every goal-oriented session. I guide my clients toward an understanding of reality instead of the stress that overcomes your inner strengths. In the end, the feeling of 'weighed down', 'lost in a web of frustration', where you might feel you have no idea where to turn or who to talk to, will no longer control your day or send you down a rabbit hole of despair. I provide a safe space for whatever issue or issues are plaguing you. My objective is to get YOU to focus on what is in YOUR control, not on the energy-stealing obstacles outside your sphere of hope - because in today's society, there is too much noise, too many energy-stealing obstacles in our path. It is up to us to focus on what is YOUR priority - not on the noise. You can book an appointments by clicking the button at the top of the page or the button at the bottom of the page.
