Introduction

Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, with an additional certificate in Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Behavioral Addictions. I utilize a holistic, whole-person approach to assist my clients to restore their balance. I am trained in evidence-based treatment approaches including person-centered therapy, reality therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and holistic wellness theory approaches. Additionally, I utilize other approaches such as Mindfulness, Guided Meditation, Psychoeducation and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I have practiced therapy since 2014, as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I work with adults and adolescents (ages 14 and up) experiencing an array of issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, gender identity, emotion regulation, stress/anger management, trauma, assertiveness training, substance abuse and grief. I specialize in working with young adults who are transitioning to college. As a psychotherapist, I provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space for you to work through difficult experiences. Along the way, we may also explore earlier experiences that inform or reinforce your current challenges. Together we will actively work towards developing new perspectives, identifying coping skills, and finding practical solutions to your current challenges. I look forward to fostering a safe space for us to speak freely and inspire change.
