Introduction

Therapy can be an intimidating experience and the decision to seek therapy, a brave step. Even if you have had unsuccessful attempts at therapy in the past. It is possible to heal rapidly and permanently. I have more than 20 years experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse and grief. I have a particular interest in working with trauma and grief. I have successfully treated clients with many different symptoms as well as specific phobias, such as fear of needles or fear of flying. I use a variety of approaches in my work, specializing in EMDR and EMDR Intensive Treatment. I have specialized training helping individuals break free from their past and move forward in their lives with greater functionality. Call or email me for a free consultation and begin the next step towards freedom from your symptoms.
