Introduction

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at the Center for Mental Health Excellence (CFMHE), I am deeply committed to empowering and supporting individuals, couples, and families as they build authentic and meaningful lives of deep connection and community. I specialize in working with depression, grief, and anxiety. I also work on women's issues, men's issues, relationship issues, stress, gender roles/identities, and sex/sexuality. As someone who has navigated anxiety, chronic stress, grief, and a career change, I know that human connection and giving voice to our experiences are paramount to well-being and growth. I am committed to creating a welcoming and affirming environment for clients of diverse backgrounds and identities. My practice is culturally informed and addresses the impact of society and culture on clients' lives based on their gender, race, ethnicity, class, age, sexuality, ability, and religion. At the Center for Mental Health Excellence (CFMHE), we're committed to providing accessible, evidence-based mental health care. Through our secure telehealth platform, I offer support to clients throughout California. If you're looking for a compassionate therapist, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me at CFMHE.
