With over two decades of diverse experience in clinical social work and behavioral health, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, evidence-based care and strong leadership. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Social Work from Coppin State College. In addition to my supervisory work, I’ve held several part-time therapist roles across Maryland. My responsibilities have spanned conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing crisis counseling, and teaching effective coping and anger management strategies. Previously, I worked in hospital settings, providing inpatient and outpatient care, discharge planning, and social work coverage in medical settings. My clinical work extends to community and school-based settings, where I provided therapy and supervision across multiple environments. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to empowering others through trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and therapeutic support that respects each individual’s journey. I bring clinical depth and administrative skill, with a strong foundation in supervision, case management, and program development.
