Thank you for stopping by! I understand that there are times when life can just be a struggle. Taking the first step is often the hardest. I am dedicated to providing my clients with a safe environment and the support needed to begin the process of healing. I believe that therapy requires trust. My ultimate goal with each client is to enhance self-awareness and empower each individual. I understand that sometimes, we all need assistance in making changes in our lives and I am glad to be here to help you do that. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your life. The number one predictor of positive therapeutic outcomes is the client-therapist relationship. My first priority is to build rapport & trust, help you feel comfortable, safe and validated. I strive to be authentic and genuine to help you better connect with yourself and others in your life. I am a retired first responder and my passion is still serving. I believe everyone is doing the best they can with the knowledge they have. When we know better, we do better. I see my job as walking with client's through their personal healing journey as they learn new truths and new skills to improve their relationships with others and themselves. I am honored by the trust clients put in me to witness and assist in their healing.
