Introduction

Hello! My name is Monica and I'm on a journey to understand the connection between hope and healing. Lately, it feels like we're all plants that have been left out in the cold for far too long, and at times it feels like there is no way forward, no way to keep growing in the bitter winter chill. It is my hope, however, that together we can find a new way to grow, one that challenges our own assumptions, pushes us out of our comfort zone, and motivates us to work toward something better and brighter. Join me as we venture on our post-modern therapeutic journey together, using methods of Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy to identify goals and carve out stories that fit within each client's unique and individual world view.
