I attended the University of Southern California. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and more. Some treatment goals can include addressing negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors, incorporation of guided meditation, mindfulness, and self-care to address depression and anxiety symptoms. As a military veteran, I developed an interest in Mental Health wellness, and a particular fascination in the Trauma/PTSD specialty. Today, my passion is to help others overcome the effects of their childhood trauma, or trauma as an adult and live a much happier and fulfilling life. Practicing the skills you will learn via our sessions will be recommended, including journaling, meditation, self-care and additional resources and supportive tools will be provided.
