Introduction

Welcome and congratulations on taking a step towards change! I’m an LPC and have experience working with all ages in intensive inpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential settings. I’ve successfully treated people struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. My counseling approach is eclectic and I will utilize the best type of therapy that fits your needs. I often incorporate techniques from Buddhist Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jungian Therapy, and Indigenous teachings. My goal is to help you achieve the goals you set for yourself. I believe that everyone has the strength inside they need to heal themselves. I provide compassionate and non-judgmental therapy and would be honored if we could travel on your path of healing together.
