Introduction

My name is Mona Hauck. Psychology has been my passion from a young age. I grew up in a military setting with close individuals around me who have/are served/ing in the military. My passion has been learning how various life events and changes can affect how individuals perceive life and how it can affect them mentally. My goal is to help you understand that there is nothing wrong with the person you are. Everyone has struggles and difficulties in life, it is simply about how one adjusts to these changes and finds a healthy way to manage it.
