I started in art classes when I was 9 years old and an emotional wreck, The art classes taught me how to use art supplies, which helped. I've learned since, I needed art therapy, both how to use art supplies AND someone to walk with me while I expressed myself. A qualified art therapist would have validated my experiences and helped me advocate for my voice. I've dedicated my life to being a qualified art therapist to assist others in their journey to balance, health, and peace.
