Introduction

I enjoy working with couples and individuals experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, and loss & grief. One of the most challenging aspects when first beginning therapy can be the chronic feelings of isolation and hopelessness that have developed over time. Using warmth and humor, I work collaboratively with clients to find ways to process what they are experiencing and to bring back hope and joy into their lives. Every client’s needs are unique, so I tailor my skill set as a couples and family therapist, and expressive arts therapist, to help clients find a better path forward.
