Introduction

I absolutely love working with individuals from all walks of life. I have a passion for working with people who have experienced traumatic events, chronic childhood trauma, adoption, BIPOC related concerns, grief and loss, and people who are in the never ending "middle' of parenthood. I additionally love working with LGTBQ+, woman/female identifying related concerns, life transitions, and perfectionism. I believe people can heal neglected parts of their stories by finding common themes and narratives that have been fragmented along the way in order to create a more holistic and "at peace" version of self. I have furthered my training beyond my master's degree in the following areas: in CBT, Gestalt, grief and loss, and suicide prevention. I am also an Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) trained therapist. I have CBT play therapy training and age 0-5. Although I do not work with kids, this lens helps me to support parents. I invite you to reach out and take the first next step in your journey to becoming a holistic version of you.
