Introduction

I believe that we all inherently have the capacity for deep healing and growth within ourselves. You are the greatest expert on your own life. I am here to support, guide and help you unpack the layers to lead to your most meaningful life. I have a humanistic approach to the therapeutic process which is client centered and collaborative. In our interactions you will always be met with respect and warmth. The non-judgmental journey of therapy creates a safe space for exploration, reflection, growth and connection. I work with a wide range of issues including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, women's issues, parenting coaching, self esteem, postpartum, grief, relationship issues, and eating disorders. I am well experienced and trained in CBT, DBT, family systems, trauma focused, collaborative problem solving, somatic and narrative therapy.
