Molly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with those affected by loss, cancer, life altering diagnoses, life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and more. She works with individuals ages 17 and up. Molly also has experience in supporting healthcare professionals in high-stress environments with a background in medical social work. Molly is a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapist who walks alongside with clients and assists with navigating through life’s challenges and transitions. Not knowing where to begin can be quite scary and overwhelming. Molly strives to create a safe space for individuals where there is trust, acceptance, and empowerment. She believes in the power of feeling heard and seen, and is committed to the idea that every person’s strength can and will be the catalyst in finding hope and healing. Each client will be met where they are at in session, and she will work collaboratively with the client in identifying ways and coping mechanisms to move forward. Her counseling approach is unique to each client’s situation and is developed from a mix of cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, strengths-based, and relational modalities.
