Introduction

Is your tween, teen or young adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, school stress, or the transition to college? As a parent, watching them struggle can be heart-wrenching—whether it’s a younger teen navigating social pressures or a college student grappling with independence. I specialize in helping teens and young adults overcome anxiety, OCD issues, heal from trauma, and adjust to major life transitions. I offer culturally sensitive support, where balancing family values, with growing personal identity and need for independence can create unique stressors. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address anxiety and self-doubt, EMDR to process trauma, ERP for OCD, and Mindfulness for stress management. I offer Telehealth options across California for students in college, along with in-person sessions in Palo Alto. My work incorporates creative expression and is family inclusive when needed. My background as an artist, former professor, and community program developer enriches my practice, allowing me to engage clients with creativity, structure, and compassion. If your teen or young adult is struggling, I’m here to support their growth and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll navigate their path toward healing and resilience. Contact me today.
