Introduction

Does a sense of loss, sadness, and depression cast a shadow over your life? Do intrusive thoughts consume your mind, preventing you from focusing on work and disrupting sleep? Are social situations avoided due to overwhelming anxiety? Painful memories from the past resurfacing? The constant worry, unseen pain, sadness, and those thoughts in our head take away from our here and now. Often, they represent our life experiences, our culture, our stories, and sometimes the stories of our ancestors. You want to find your inner strength to find a deeper connection to yourself, your family, and your community. My approach is relational and trauma-informed while exploring your ancestral, familial, and childhood experiences integrating them with EMDR, CBT & Family system work. By understanding the layers of your personal history, we can uncover patterns, gain insights, and work towards creating lasting change to enhance your self-worth and relationship with others. Diversity lies at the core of my practice, and I celebrate the unique beauty of individuals from all abilities, races, sexualities, genders, origins, religions, and political values. Your unique journey is respected and honored within my safe and inclusive space. I warmly invite you to take the first step, by scheduling a free consultation.
