Introduction
Hello! I am Mo. After being in the Education Industry both as a teacher and in leadership, I realized this was not the environment to facilitate my growth. I just knew there was more. When I found this inner way of healing and the impact it had on all areas of my life I became eager to share it and expand in to those around me. I integrate a variety of strategies in our work together. I have found that intertwining Neurolinguistic strategies with the powerful tool of Brainspotting has been the primary source of change for many of my clients. To give you a little bit more about me: I am bilingual in English and Spanish. -Servicing the Spanish speaking community is of high value to me. I am a Husband and a father of 3 boys. -Teaching men how to show up in this modern world with emotional intellect is of high value to me I have a passion for ALL sports, but I am a professional specifically in baseball. -Guiding current athletes working on their mental mindset for their performances is a deep passion. I truly believe everyone has their own way of inner healing. -Leading others in seeking their inner strengths and changing their old patterns is such a pleasure to hold space for each session.
