There are a number of therapeutic approaches to use - CBT, DBT, RBT, Humanistic, Positive, and Internal Family Systems therapy, etc. But I can not tell you definitively which one(s) we will use, because there is not one approach, that fits all. Your unique challenges will determine that. As for me, I truly continue to love my career of over the past 26 years. It has afforded me the ability to work in every venue possible and learn something new every day. I am well-educated and versed in mood disorders (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Grief and Loss, PTSD), and hold additional certified specializations in Trauma and Resolution, Addictions and Recovery, and Pregnancy Challenges, along with years of experience.
