Introduction

I have over 25 years in the counseling field. I've spent the past 10 years training and specializing in sex therapy, sexual health, and relationship counseling/coaching. I have gone thru 3 of 4 levels of Gottman training, as well as being trained in EMDR. My approach is one of "meeting you where you are" while also being highly influenced by reality based therapy (RBT) and solution focused therapy. I have a "sex positive" attitude regardless of the sexual issues brought into the session.
