Introduction

Being stuck feels like you are in this endless loop of anxiety and anger while overcompensating for how you feel by constantly trying to please others. All these feelings make you tired, wondering when it’s your turn or if things will change. Using EMDR, we will reprocess those haunting memories, download positive self thoughts and building up your positive adaptive information processing. We will get to the root of your issues and resolve them quicker than traditional talk therapy. We will still talk, but my goal is to get you relief as fast as possible! I have studied at UCLA and USC extensively in psychology and earned my Master's in social work. I use this foundation of training with years of experience to help others feel better and feel better quickly. Healing is possible, and feeling like yourself is within reach.
