Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in treating Couples, Women’s Issues and Trauma. I have worked extensively with trauma survivors of all ages and from all walks of life. I have received advanced training in working with couples in the modality of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I have also received advanced training in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and am the Co Chair of the PSI Utah Board. This includes training in Exposure Response Prevention to treat OCD. As a wife and mother myself, I am passionate about helping families heal from trauma and find a solid foundation for the rest of their lives. I applaud you for being courageous enough to take this step to seek counseling. Having undergone my own experiences and therapy throughout my life, I hold sacred the opportunity to walk through this healing journey with you. I look forward to hearing your story.
