No one wants to be sad, feel stuck, hopeless, stressed, or overwhelmed. No one wants to feel like they are just walking through the motions of life. You want to live your best life! You want to feel happy and empowered! If you are tired of just going through the motions of life, let's change it! I provide Motivational Enhancement Therapy, EMDR therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you live your best life as soon as possible-and keeping it that way! Does your past haunt you? Are you having a hard time finding your happy again? Do you worry constantly or stay home because you don't want to talk to people or be around people? Are you in a relationship that you desperately want to save but don't know how to find that fire again? If you answered yes to any of these, I can help and I WANT to help! Life can be hard and can feel overwhelming. Relationships are hard. We all have times where we feel hopeless, helpless, stressed and worn out, but we don't have to stay there! My goal is to help you grow through your struggles, heal from your pain, and move towards your ideal life. If you want a better life, I want to help you work toward that life!
