Experience has taught me that you cannot control the situations that you face in life but you have control over how you respond to them. Coping with chronic pain or anxiety can be all consuming. It takes over your life making you feel helpless and out of control. My goal is to provide you the skills and guidance to take back control of your life. I have a passion for helping people overcome the obstacles that keep them from enjoying life. I believe that everyone has the ability to make positive changes to feel better. My approach is to work with you to identify the areas you would like to improve and then help you to make these changes. There is no single strategy that works for everyone so my approach varies to provide you the best options to meet your goals.
