Sometimes it’s hard to pull apart all of the layers of identity, perfectionism, trauma, culture, relationships, grief, and living in this hellscape of a society. Maybe you're scared to be who you are internally out loud. You want to feel confident in your decision making. You want to find authentic relationships that are safe. The more you are able to be who you are on the inside out in public, the more you’re able to connect with and find the people who understand you. It's still hard or stressful, but it's also not impossible. I’m here to be that safe space where you can practice your authentic self. And then, I support you as you expand. I’m clear and direct, helping you see your ability to do the hard things. I'm an adoption-competent therapist, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and EMDR-trained/trauma informed and attachment focused.
