Introduction

If you’re struggling to cope with life’s difficulties, we can work together to navigate these feelings and find your path forward. You have the ability to cultivate and foster the tools you need to remove road blocks and live your best life. It takes courage to get to here, so remember you have already taken the first step! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a special interest in trauma and provide counseling for many of life’s struggles such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and many other life stressors. I offer a variety of treatment modalities including, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am a Minot native have been a licensed counselor since 2007. I have previously worked in community mental health prior to starting my private practice. I look forward to working with you to find your path forward!
