Introduction

I value meeting each client where they are at in their healing journey. Life isn't easy and at times it can be overwhelming. I operate from an eclectic approach that incorporates things like IFS, CBT, Systems, Solution Focused and EMDR. It is my joy to walk alongside you and tailor your therapy experience to have it be just what you need. It is my hope that after each session you will walk away with practical skills you can apply that will help you outside of sessions to continue to work towards your healing goals. I am also able to incorporate faith into sessions at your request. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, phobias, marriage counseling, family counseling, reunification, trauma, personality disorders, problematic sexual behaviors, and more. I work with adults, teens and children 8+.
