Introduction

It takes courage for a person to seek help. I treat each individual with the respect and dignity they deserve and work collaboratively with them. I am highly trained to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, alcohol abuse, childhood trauma and phobias. I am certified in EMDR, which is very effective in addressing and resolving these issues. I am experienced in working with adolescents and young adults. I help families resolve conflict and divorce issues. My goal is to help clients understand what they need to do to gain control of their lives.
