I specialize in the treatment of developmental trauma, chronic trauma, and PTSD, as well as substance dependence and co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I have experience working with clients in multiple levels of care including detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment as well as outpatient private practice. I received 80+ hours of training in clinical hypnosis for trauma resolution, and have been incorporating hypnotherapy into my practice for the past 10 years. I am passionate about empowering others, and I truly believe in the power of healing and transformation through therapy. I provide a warm, compassionate, and sensitive approach to support you in developing a self identify that reflects your most positive attributes and strengths.
