I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Florida. I'm a holistic therapist who views counseling as one of many tools for achieving overall emotional and physical wellness. My approach is warm and authentic, yet direct. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel free to express themselves without fear of judgment. I work with clients preteen and up who are looking for help managing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, codependency, stress, sleep disorders, work/life balance, relationships and life transitions. I also specialize in working with military-connected clients, first responders and their families.
