Introduction

Bienvenidos/Welcome! I am a bilingual/bicultural Spanish-speaking therapist located in the East Bay area of California. I have been working with children, teens, and adults of color struggling with an array of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship satisfaction, life purpose, trauma, postpartum depression, and spirituality, related to life transitions, family stress, trauma, and grief. Although my work has focused on the unique needs of minorities and underrepresented individuals, being a member of that community is certainly not a requirement for your personal development. * __________________________________________________________* My goal is to empower you, with the focus on helping to identify strengths and maximize those strengths to overcome obstacles. I'm here to help sort through the things that are difficult. I offer a safe space to be open and honest without fear of judgment. My strengths include connecting with people from diverse backgrounds in a genuine way and assisting them in identifying and building on their strengths, improving resiliency, and ultimately helping you in navigating your therapeutic journey to a fuller life which is more satisfying. I am here to support you during your therapeutic journey. In assessing the needs of my clients and using different approaches based on each individual. I have experience working in schools, Trauma Centers, and Community Based Outpatient/inpatient facilities for adults and teens, and children. We all deserve healing- I offer unique services that hold space for all of you. I look forward to meeting you and starting this journey with you. Reach out to learn more, I integrate complementary/contemporary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each person. Please feel free to contact me for a 15-minute free consultation to explore if my style would be a good fit for you or your family. NOTE: (Equine assisted Psychotherapy is available upon request and if therapeutically appropriate).
