Introduction

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I received my undergraduate degree from Sam Houston University in Psychology. I am a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Trauma Professional, a Certified Clinical Anxiety Trained Professional, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (#90677), I hope to share the strength and fortitude needed to move forward. We embody these abilities, but sometimes we must know we are not alone. We are all on a journey of sorts and we look to God or a higher power to renew our hope and strength in ourselves and each other. I look forward to meeting with you along this journey together. I use an integrative theoretical approach to each client’s presenting concerns. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Optum insurance.
