Introduction

We will start where you are to meet the needs and goals for therapy that you help define. I specialize in: EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for Trauma and Mindfulness-Based Techniques for Anxiety. I work with women with a history of childhood trauma to reprocess experiences with the goal of reducing symptoms and improving their quality of life. Many of my clients are parents or prospective parents with the goal of ending generational trauma cycles. All sessions are billed at $150 per hour. EMDR sessions are typically 60-90 minutes ($150-$225) weekly A standard Psychotherapy appointment is 45 minutes. Session Fee: $110
