Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor and supervisor in Missouri, where I have been practicing for over 7 years. In that time I have worked with individuals of all ages. I believe I work best with adolescents and adults, 13 and up who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions or want to explore their identity including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether it's your first time in therapy (welcome), or you have been before (welcome back), we all have things we want to work on and finding a good match in a therapist is important. You are the expert of your life, and I enjoy learning about each of my clients, and watching them meet their goals and live a happier more fulfilled life while empowering them to be their authentic self. Is therapy right for me? Therapy is for EVERYONE, whether you are simply processing the day to day stressors, want to set better boundaries, are adjusting to a life change (baby, marriage, divorce, etc.) or want to dive into past trauma all therapy goals have one thing in common, a happier/healthier future. Therapeutic goals are set for each individual and their needs, how can I assist you?
