Introduction

Whether you're looking to address a specific issue or simply feeling like you're in a "funk," you deserve someone dedicated to helping you feel better. I enjoy working with people who desire to improve their mental health and wellness. I see the value in helping my clients understand how their life experiences impact their current perceptions, relationships, thoughts, and feelings. I focus on assisting clients in harnessing their strengths, overcoming barriers, and continuing to grow. Therapy is not one size fits all, so I take an integrated approach to honor each individual's needs drawing on person-centered, CBT, and other empirically-based techniques. I ensure each person receives personalized care that makes sense for them. My primary focus is the client-therapist relationship as the foundation of every successful journey. I'm accepting new clients and offering morning, daytime, and evening availability. Finding a therapist can be overwhelming, but you've already taken the first step!
