Introduction

I am so glad you are here! Therapy is truly an investment in yourself and can have a life-long impact on your daily life. I got my start in this field by volunteering for a crisis network as a certified crisis intervention specialist. Not long after that, I chose to pursue a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from TNU. I achieved my full license with the state of TN in 2022. I have worked in the mental health field for the last 10 years in some form or fashion. Specifically, I have primarily focused on substance use, domestic violence, trauma, and personality disorders. I primarily practice CBT, EMDR, and I do parts work.
