Introduction

All humans struggle. All humans need someone to listen. All humans need their emotions validated. Counseling is a powerful way to work through your current barriers and start to feel like yourself again. Whether you’re experiencing major life changes, struggling with your career, anxiety, a chronic health issue (such as Endometriosis), Infertility (personal and immense professional experience), or just general anxiety, I can help you re-align with your value system, build healthy coping skills, and move forward. Since 2008, I’ve worked in a variety of mental health settings (community mental health, inpatient behavioral health, private practice), with a wide variety of people (children, teens, and adults), and across all diagnoses. My current practice is centered around adults ages 18 and older. I have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR).
