Introduction

Mindgarden Counseling provides counseling and psychological services to individuals, couples, and families who are seeking individual growth, improved coping skills and psychological well being. I understand that each client I work with is a unique individual influenced by his or her culture, family, values and beliefs. I will work to help clients discover ways to make the most of their lives, and to engage in healthy behaviors, while increasing their sense of meaning and purpose in life.
