Introduction

Are you looking for somebody to talk to about challenging transitions, life events or relationships? If patterns of anxiety or self doubt are holding you back, there is hope. Therapy is a safe place for you to connect deeply with yourself from a place of compassion and understanding. Often patterns of thought, emotion or behavior that hold us back in adulthood were helpful and served a purpose during our earlier years. In therapy you can learn to connect with every part of yourself and foster a sense of safety within your mind, body and heart. Trauma and challenging life experiences often impact us in ways that we are not aware of. We will work together with curiosity and compassion to increase awareness and identify avenues of change. I am trained in EMDR which is a highly effective modality for treating trauma and learning to live in the present moment. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.
