Introduction

At Mindworks Psychology Group, our mission is to provide compassionate and evidence-based treatments to help our clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health and well-being. We believe in providing a personalized approach to therapy and tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. Our methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) interventions. Dr. Jacqueline Noonan specializes in working with adults who want help improving their relationships (whether it be romantic, friendships, or at work), managing conflict, teaching skills to change negative thoughts, learning how to speak up for yourself, establishing healthy boundaries, anger, grief and loss, and trauma. She also specializes in using empirically supported treatments for depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
