My name is Mindi! It's so nice to meet you! I'm just your average, ordinary, every day, Licensed Professional Counselor...just trying to figure out this little thing called life. Life can be wonderful, beautiful and exciting but also complicated, scary and overwhelming and sometimes, we just need some help to get through it! I believe that in order to truly be there for someone, you must first get to know them. My approach is simple - I spend quality time getting to know you...the real you. I do this by using a little bit of humor...creative activities, games, educational worksheets, and deep conversations. Together, we will identify your needs, wants and what you hope to get from our time together. My sincere hope is that you feel heard, seen and cared for.
