Introduction

Mindfully Active Counseling + Art Therapy is the leading counseling center in South Jersey. We provide individualized mental health care for adults, teens and children. Our services include individual talk therapy, family sessions, art therapy, play therapy, EMDR, and a variety of group therapies. We focus on areas such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, anxiety, depression and many more. Our counselors are experts in their niche, providing evidence-based interventions and strategies that yield lasting results. Most of our counselors are artists on the side. Us artists have the ability to think outside of the box and work diligently towards a goal. Our interventions are innovative, dynamic and individualized to fit the needs, interests, and personalities of our clients.
