I believe that in the right environment without judgment can aid a person to begin the process of improving their intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. With numerous years of counseling experience across a variety of treatment settings, I have utilized a variety of modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy) that have allowed my clients the ability to maximize their potential. I have experience working with at-risk youth, individuals with mood disorders, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, and various changes due to life stressors (loss of job, end of a relationship). My ultimate goal is to assist clients in exploring and processing their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, to improve their quality of life.
