She draws from her training in psychodynamic therapy, TLDP, AEDP, attachment theory, MBT, REBT, DBT skills, personality disorders, loss and trauma, group therapy, multicultural counseling, and the global context of mental health care, to provide you with care that is both personalized and evidence-based. Mimi was born and raised in India and has lived in New York for 14 years. She previously worked in engineering and business and volunteered as a Digital Counselor at the Trevor Project crisis line. In her free time, she loves traveling, going for walks in the park with her dog, and enjoying the incredible cultural experiences that this city offers. Her love of exploration has taken her to over 70 countries. She approaches her personal and work life with the same unbounded energy and enthusiasm that she will bring to your care.
