Being a human can be really hard, and having an empathetic person to talk to can feel like a breath of fresh air. I support people process difficult experiences so they can find more resilience and ease in their daily life. As both a therapist and nutritionist, I offer comprehensive, mind-body connected mental health care. I collaborate with each person to find what supports their journey best, whether that be walking and verbal processing, mindfulness, breathwork and somatic exercises, expressive arts activities, or simply a space to feel heard. My approach to therapy is grounded in a holistic, trauma informed and gender affirming perspective, seeing the whole person in front of me, and the systems and socialization that has shaped them. My nutrition philosophy is intuitive eating and health at every size (HAES) based, intended to deepen your connection to your body’s intuitive needs. As a cisgender, queer, able-bodied, white woman with ADHD, I acknowledge my intersecting identities and the honor and privilege I have to work with human beings. Populations I particularly enjoy working with include those above the age of 14, LGBTQIA+ folks, people who have experienced trauma, those who want to explore their relationship to their body and food, and those in life transitions.
