Introduction

I have over eight years of experience helping clients of a variety of ages in private practice, inpatient, and in-home settings. I help my client establish goals based on their needs. I value my clients' for their individuality and time dedicated to our sessions and to their healing journeys. My mission is to give my clients a haven where they can have a unique relationship with me and themselves. I provide a judgement-free environment where clients can feel open to discuss all topics. I am a client-centered clinician who focuses on the specific needs of my patients, and I aim to meet them where they are at. My philosophy is that recovery is possible for everyone and that asking for help is one of our greatest strengths as people. Initially I work with my clients on establishing a treatment plan where we narrow down their goals. Together we can create a mirror into your needs and challenges and provide you with added support.
