Over the course of 13 years, I’ve acquired a deep understanding of my clients’ needs and aspirations, along with the obstacles they encounter in their journey to reclaim their lives. As someone who has spent many years personally navigating through therapy for my own mental health and addiction struggles, I can relate to their experiences. In order to effect meaningful changes in your life, it’s crucial to delve into fresh perspectives on your behaviors. In each session, we might explore your past relationships or traumas for better understanding, employ techniques to remain anchored in the present with pain, and/or make realistic action plans with achievable objectives that aid in reshaping and cultivating a meaningful life. Every session is tailored to your needs. I believe that therapy is not the ultimate solution to life’s challenges, or merely an alternative perspective on them. Instead, it should serve as a gateway, revealing the innate wisdom within us already. We already possess the ability to transcend every inevitable painful circumstance that arises during our brief lives, but sometimes life gets so foggy that we lose ourselves and what we need.
