Introduction

We all carry our burdens and experience difficulties in our lives. Whether that be a developmental issue in childhood, difficulties finding oneself in adolescence, struggling with the aftermath of a traumatic experience, or the pressures of adulthood, I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and make positive changes to their lives. And with support, safety, empowerment, and the right tools, I can help each client grow through the hardships they may encounter. I have worked with young children in a special education setting, counseled adolescents and college students, and treated dual-diagnosed adults who struggled with a mental health and substance use addiction. I am a trauma-informed therapist with certifications in Reiki as a Shoden and Okuden, and in treating Borderline Personality Disordered clients. I feel it is an honor to be a part of someone's journey to better mental health and wellness. Everyone has a unique upbringing, background, identifiers, and sense of self that I hope to affirm and create a space to empower.
