Michelle Woidneck Kieffe, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist. She graduated from Utah State University in 2013 and completed a psychology internship and post-doctoral fellowship through the Boys Town Behavioral Health Clinic in Omaha, Nebraska. She provides outpatient individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents with diverse clinical presentations. Dr. Woidneck is a generalist but has specialty training and expertise in treating trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anxiety, as well as in the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is a recognized peer-reviewed ACT trainer. She helped start a Trauma Recovery Clinic and co-developed an adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy program within the Boys Town Center for Behavioral Health. Now in private practice, her specialized clinical and research interests continue to be within the areas of acceptance- and mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma and posttraumatic stress, obsessive compulsive disorder, and evidence-based practice.
